Stage 1 Process

1. Identify Shareholder(s)
2. Identify Director(s)
3. Determine Authorised Capital of the company
4. Decide Objects of the Company
5. Decide proposed Names of the Company
6. Decide the State in which the company is to be registered.

Stage 2 Process

1. Obtain Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for Directors
2. Obtain Director Identification Number (DIN) for Directors.
3. Apply for Company Name
4. Execute Company Registration Documents (after name approval)
5. Submission of Company Registration Documents to the Registrar of Companies (ROC)
6. Registration and Certificate of Incorporation

Stage 3 Process

1. Verification of Registered Office Address
2. Commencement of Business
